System Requirements ​

  • Android Version: 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.
  • Storage: Approximately 10MB for the app.
  • Permissions: Storage (for downloading comics & backups), Internet (for fetching images from web servers).

How to Install ​

First Time Installation ​

  1. Download the APK file of your preferred version.
  2. Allow Unknown Sources:
    • Open your phone's Settings.
    • Go to Security or Apps.
    • Enable "Install from Unknown Sources".
  3. Install:
    • Open the downloaded APK file.
    • Tap "Install" and wait for it to finish.
    • Tap "Open" and enjoy reading!

How to Update yomito ​

  1. Download the latest APK version.
  2. Open and install it directly (You do NOT need to uninstall the old version).
  3. All your manga data and favorites will remain safe.

Backup Before Updating

Although it's safe, we always recommend creating a data backup before updating. Go to Settings -> Backup and Restore -> Create backup.

Troubleshooting ​

"App not installed" Error ​

  • Make sure your phone has enough storage space.
  • If it still fails, try uninstalling the old version first (Don't forget to Backup your data first!).
  • Make sure you downloaded the APK architecture that matches your device.

Blocked by Play Protect ​

Google Play Protect may show a warning when installing apps from outside the Play Store. This is completely normal for independent open-source apps.

  1. Tap "More details".
  2. Select "Install anyway".
